From a blueprint to today’s topping-out ceremony, from the horizon to soaring into the clouds, from mud to a beautiful landscape, it has been a meticulous craftsmanship journey through countless days and nights… With the precise pouring of the final concrete on the rooftop, marking the successful completion of the main construction of Horda Intelligent’s new factory project.
On the morning of August 3, 2024, amidst the booming of ceremonial cannons, the topping-out ceremony of Horda Intelligent’s new factory was grandly held in Wenzhou. Mr. Lin Chaoliang, the Sales Director Horda Intelligent, and other senior company leaders were all present to witness this exciting and important moment. This topping-out ceremony signifies a solid step in the expansion of Horda Intelligent, as well as a significant milestone in the company’s advancement towards intelligent manufacturing and new breakthroughs.
The new factory is still located in the Lucheng Industrial Park, approximately 300 meters in a straight line from the existing factory. With a construction area of over 40,000 square meters, the production capacity is expected to increase to over 500 units per year after completion. The new facility will primarily be used for the production of high-end cover machines.In the future, Horda Intelligent will use the new factory as a base to deepen the strength of research and development and technological innovation, focusing on the high-end cover machine field to provide more product solutions for customers. At the same time, Horda Intelligent will also accelerate the upgrade and transformation of intelligent and digitalized factories to improve the industrial chain and provide ample production capacity to meet customer demands.
In the words of Chairman Huang Zhigang, “Since its establishment, Horda Intelligent has undergone multiple factory relocations and upgrades. The construction of the new factory is focused on intelligent manufacturing, strengthening cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and welcoming the arrival of China Manufacturing 2025 with practical actions. At the same time, the new factory also adopts a comprehensive digital construction plan, which will not only introduce advanced automation equipment and casting technology, but also equip intelligent operating systems and management systems. Horda Intelligent will use practical actions to create a new type of factory that is digitalized, intelligent, and green. The production workshop of the new factory will comprehensively achieve functions such as digitalized management, intelligent production, safety control, green manufacturing, personalized customization, and networked collaboration, in order to improve production efficiency, product quality, and management level.”
